If you or your gift recipient are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at sales@allaboutlearning.org. After receiving an authorization from us, you may return the purchase for a replacement or credit/refund (excluding shipping and handling). We want you to be completely satisfied with our products!

Return the item in the original container and we will promptly issue you a replacement or a credit/refund. Please return the item via UPS or insured mail as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Shipping and Delivery:

Most gifts will ship within 48 hours.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.  Christmas will be a peak shipping season and deliveries may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.

Express shipping is not available.

Items ordered may arrive in separate packages because each item is being shipped directly from its manufacturer.

We currently only deliver within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, an APO/FPO address, or overseas. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but the risk of lost packages is high.

It is your responsibility to provide correct and complete delivery information, including the recipients full first and last name, company name (if applicable), street number and street name, suite number, apartment number, or floor number, city, state and accurate zip code.

There will be no discounts or refunds for gifts delivered late or for gifts ordered with an incorrect shipping method or address.

***If your order is addressed to a P.O. box, an APO address, or has an incomplete or incorrect address, a $15.00 reroute fee will be charged.***

Multiple Orders:

Multiple orders or orders for different addressees must be entered individually.

To Cancel or Change Your Order:

To change or cancel your order before it ships please notify us immediately at sales@allaboutlearning.org. If the order has not yet shipped it may be canceled.

Returns:

After we provide you with an authorization, simply return the gift in its original container.
