If you or your gift recipient are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at sales@allaboutlearning.org.
After receiving an authorization from us, you may return the purchase for a
replacement or credit/refund (excluding shipping and handling). We want you
to be completely satisfied with our products!
Return the item in the original container and we
will promptly issue you a replacement or a credit/refund. Please return the
item via UPS or insured mail as we are not responsible for items lost in
transit.
Shipping and Delivery:
Most gifts will ship within 48 hours.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. Christmas will be a peak shipping
season and deliveries may take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Express shipping is not available.
Items ordered may arrive in separate packages
because each item is being shipped directly from its manufacturer.
We currently only deliver within the continental
United States. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, an APO/FPO
address, or overseas. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
you, but the risk of lost packages is high.
It is your responsibility to provide correct and
complete delivery information, including the recipients full first and last
name, company name (if applicable), street number and street name, suite
number, apartment number, or floor number, city, state and accurate zip
code.
There will be no discounts or refunds for gifts
delivered late or for gifts ordered with an incorrect shipping method or
address.
***If your order is addressed to a P.O. box, an
APO address, or has an incomplete or incorrect address, a $15.00 reroute fee
will be charged.***

Multiple orders or orders for different
addressees must be entered individually.
To Cancel or Change Your Order:
To change or cancel your order before it ships
please notify us immediately at sales@allaboutlearning.org. If the order has
not yet shipped it may be canceled.
Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your
purchase you may return it for a replacement or refund/credit (Excluding
shipping and handling). Contact us at sales@allaboutlearning.org. After we
provide you with an authorization, simply return the gift in its original
container. Please return the item at your cost via UPS or insured mail as we
are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Returns must occur within 7 days of receipt of
gift.
Payment:
"All About Learning!" accepts MasterCard, Visa,
American Express, and Discover credit cards. Your gift will ship after we
have received your payment. Please note that your gift will not ship until
your credit card or electronic payment has cleared a security check and the
deposit has been confirmed.
